Carlos is the Senior Global IT Manager at neurocare, with over 25 years of diverse experience in IT audit, ICT, and security consulting. He focuses on IT operations, delivering practical tools and advanced software platforms that enhance productivity for neurocare’s portfolio companies and employees.

Since starting as a consultant for neurocare in late 2017, Carlos has been key team member in the digitalisation and management of both local and global IT systems. In September 2021, he became the Senior Global IT Manager, where he has been developing and implementing the infrastructure architecture to ensure scalability and security, driving global business growth.

Prior to neurocare, Carlos was the Senior IT Audit Manager, leading IT specialist teams to assess and provide IT assurance over the financial systems of Victorian government organisations, in Australia.

Carlos holds degrees from Monash University, including a Bachelor of Digital Systems and a Master of Digital Communications.
